Hello and welcome to my “about me” page. I have been in customer service and sales related business for 41 years. I pride myself on giving the best customer service possible. I believe that customer service is what creates success and sets one representative apart from another. I truly am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And I will be happy to provide you references of past customers that you may call to verify that. My personal phone is my business phone. If I am not able to take your call when you call me, I will return your call in a very short period of time. You want to see a home at 7AM, I'm available. You want to meet at 10:00PM to discuss your home, I'm available. Saturday, Sunday or Holiday? I'm available. Your schedule is my schedule. And I answer e mail every minute that I am awake. Have a thought or a question at 7:00AM or at  11:30PM, shoot me an e mail. Chances are you'll get an immediate response. And if you list your home with me, I will put together a marketing plan with you that can include up to 3 “open houses” a week and I'll back those “open houses” up with advertising. I will give your home more attention than most representatives that you may interview. And my philosophy of multiple “open houses” weekly is simple: The more people you get your home in front of, the sooner you find your buyer. It is that simple.

Here are some of the services you get when I list your home with me:

1. Your Home listed on the HOME Real Estate website, the #1 Real Estate website for traffic in the Lincoln market.

2. An immediate e-mail blast to over 450 agents informing them of your new listing.

3. A Real Estate agent's "Open House Caravan" inviting over 450 real estate agents to tour your home privately.

4. Up to 3 Open Houses each week.

5. Advertising those Open Houses each week in the Real Estate section of the Sunday newspaper.

6. Professionally taken pictures to enhance on line marketing.

7. 24 hour/7 days a week access/communication with me.

8. 90 day listings agreement. Some agents will make you sign a 120 day or 180 day listing agreement. 

9. "Premier Agent" status on Zillow. So your buyer will have even more opportunity to find your home on Zillow's website in addition to the Home Real Estate website.

10. 24/7 communication with me on the status of your home sale. After we have an open house, you will get an e-mail from me on how many people came through our open house, and the level of interest from those potential buyers.

11. I am a "Top 10% Producing Agent" for both 2015 and 2016.
